This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. Description
$ (also called "P" due to the shape of the pokedollar sign) is only known #174 variant in Red/Blue that is obtainable without Gameshark. It can be obtained by trading C-I in from Yellow.
It is a bummer that this Pokémon has no movepool or evolution. It is at least a great collector's item.
